GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
delivery
Our products are delivered to you from the BOOSTER boutique in Zurich.
Orders are delivered by post. Your goods are expected to be delivered within the next 3 working days.
Cost: CHF 8.50
We do not currently deliver abroad.
Returns and exchanges
The items can be returned within 10 days. We do not offer the exchange option in the online shop. You can come to BOOSTER at Stüssihofstatt 6, Zurich within 10 days during shop opening hours with your receipt and original packaging and exchange your goods.
Used items will not be taken back.
Conditions
Shoes should always be tried on on a carpet, as hard surfaces can quickly cause signs of wear. Shoe boxes must be returned together with the shoes in undamaged condition.
For hygienic reasons, please only try on swimwear and underwear with underwear.
Clothing must not have any make-up or deodorant stains and must be returned unworn and unwashed.
If the conditions are not met, we cannot guarantee the return and, depending on the case, cannot refund the purchase price.
Damaged articles
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately by e-mail at webshop@booster.ch.
Return shipment
The customer shall bear the postage costs for the return shipment.
